A Gentle Yoga + Meditation Workshop to support the heaviness of grief and loss.
The holidays can stir up deep emotions associated with expectations and pressures especially when we’re carrying grief or experiencing loss.
This workshop invites you to step onto your mat and into a space where your whole experience is welcome.
Through slow, nurturing movement , guided meditation, and quiet reflection, we’ll learn to hold grief and loss with tenderness, create steadiness in the body, and soften the places that feel tight or overwhelmed.
In this workshop, we’ll explore:
💙 Gentle, restorative yoga to ease the heart and settle the nervous system.
💙Breathwork for anchoring during waves of emotion
💙Mindfulness + meditation for honoring memories and supporting healing
💙Space to reflect, connect, or simply rest
