Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a guided meditation practice designed to induce deep relaxation and a state of conscious awareness between wakefulness and sleep. It involves being in a supported yoga pose combined with being guided through a series of steps that promote relaxation and introspection. The practice aims to calm the mind, release physical and emotional tension, and cultivate a sense of well-being.
